Hi, my name is Daren Luckings and in September 2020, my wife Gilly and I put our dream of 10 years into action and relocated to the wonderful village of Maurens, just north of Bergerac in the Dordogne.
With some 20 years professional experience in property and grounds maintenance, including 18 years as an Estate Manager on a large, private estate in England, I know how maintaining a home and garden, whether it’s a primary residence or second home can often be a worry…whatever it’s size.
Finding the right professional to fix problems that arise or to carry out regular maintenance can be a real challenge too.

Garden Maintenance
Includes grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning and weeding.
Construction of fences.
Property Maintenance
Includes repairs to wood /metal gates, doors, windows and shutters. Assembling and fitting of mosquito screens, painting and decorating.
Outdoor Maintenance
Includes year-round pool maintenance, pressure washing of patios and terraces, gutter and window cleaning.
Professional Tree Surgeon
Includes removal of branches, as necessary.
Interior Refurbishment
Excluding plumbing and electricity.
Includes fitting bathroom and kitchen furniture; tiling, painting and decorating.
Other Services
Includes using a large trailer to remove/collect items e.g. furniture.
